參加者請於活動當天憑確認電郵入場，一封確認電郵只限一位小朋友及一位成人入場。
Participants please present the confirmation email when attending the event. Each confirmation email only allows one child and one adult to enter the venue.
逾期報名將不獲接納。
Late registration would not be accepted.
參加者之年齡必須為4至10歲；並可由一位成人陪同。
Participants must be aged between 4 and 10 years old, and could be accompanied by 1 adult only.
本活動一經付款後不可取消及不設退款，請確保參加者之年齡符合要求。
Once the payment is confirmed, application fee will not be cancelled or refunded in any circumstances. Please confirm the participant meet the age requirement.
請確保報名時填寫的資料正確無誤，一經報名，每項資料更改會收取HK$100行政費，所有費用不設退款及轉換。
Please ensure the information submitted is correct, each change will subject to HK$100 administrative fee. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
請於活動當天憑確認電郵於早上10時至中午12時到荃灣西通利音樂中心領取夏威夷小結他，樂器不會另外補發。
Please present the confirmation email for the pick up of Ukulele at our Tsuen Wan West Tom Lee Music Academy on the event day between 10:00AM - 12:00NN. The instrument will not be reissued.
活動進行期間，會有通利音樂中心的攝影師進行攝影及錄影，活動期間所拍攝的相片及影片有機會發佈於通利琴行、通利音樂中心的社交平台，或其他宣傳平台，一切版權歸通利音樂中心所有。
There will be photo shooting and video recording during the event, while photos and videos taken may post on Tom Lee Music, Tom Lee Music Academy social media platform or other promotional platforms, while all copyright belongs to Tom Lee Music Academy.
