  1. 使用通利音樂中心考試設施及監考服務之考生必須由通利音樂中心代報考ABRSM網上樂理考試。
    Candidates reserving exam facilities and invigilation services by Tom Lee Music Academy must register for the ABRSM Online Music Theory Exam through Tom Lee Music Academy.
  2. 通利音樂中心將於每月開放2日作考試服務，請密切留意我們的更新。
    Tom Lee Music Academy will open 2 days per month for exam services. Please stay tuned for our updates
  3. 所有費用均不可退還且不可轉讓。

  1. 每考試時段的截止報名日期為考試日前兩個星期。
    The registration deadline for each exam session is 2 weeks prior to the exam date.
  2. ABRSM網上樂理考試設有不同語言選擇，語言一經選定，在任何情況下，將無法進行任何更改。
    The ABRSM Online Music Theory Exam offers a choice of different languages. Once a language is selected, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.
  3. 請填寫此表格後直接透過網上形式繳交相關費用，所有逾期報名將不會接受。
    Please submit this form and pay the relevant fees online directly. Late submission is not accepted.
  4. 所有費用均不可退還且不可轉讓。
    All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  5. 完成付款後，考生將會收到系統發出的付款確認電郵。請注意，此電郵只代表成功預約考試設施及監考服務和繳交費用安排代報ABRSM網上樂理考試，不代表已成功報考ABRSM網上樂理考試。
    Candidates will receive a payment confirmation email automatically after successful payment. Please note that this email only confirms the reservation of the exam facilities and invigilation services, and arrange the registration on ABRSM Online Music Theory Exam. It does not mean you have successfully registered for the ABRSM Online Music Theory Exam.
  6. 一經付款，考生不得更改考試日期。如有需要。請於考試日期5個工作天前通知並提供原因，有關安排須另繳行政費HK$100。
    Exam dates are not allowed to change after payment. Any rescheduling requires at least 5 working days' notice with reason, and is subject to a $100 administrative fee.
  7. 通利音樂中心將於考試日期前3至5天為考生完成考試報名手續，您將收到ABRSM的電子郵件通知。
    Tom Lee Music Academy will complete the exam registration 3-5 days before the exam date, and you will receive an email notification from ABRSM.
  8. 請確保表格中所填寫的資料準確無誤。如有任何錯誤，通利音樂中心將不負責。
    Please ensure that the information provided in this form is accurate. Tom Lee Music Academy will not be held responsible for any errors.
  9. 根據 ABRSM 的要求，所有考生必須使用其個人 ABRSM 帳戶參加考試。未擁有帳戶者將無法參加考試。請確保賬戶内的個人資料正確無誤。通利音樂中心未能更改學生原有賬戶上的個人資料。
    According to ABRSM, all candidates must take the exam through their personal ABRSM account. Candidates without an account will not be allowed to sit for the exam. Please ensure that the personal information on the account is correct. Tom Lee Music Academy could not change any information on the registered account.
  10. 完成報名後，請自行檢查ABRSM賬戶中是否顯示「開始樂理考試」按鈕，否則將無法參加考試。如最終無法參加考試，通利音樂中心不會為已預約的考試設施及監考服務提供退款或改期安排。
    After registration, please ensure that there is "Start Music Theory Exam" in your account; otherwise, you will not be able to take the exam. Tom Lee Music Academy will not provide refunds or reschedule for reserved exam facilities and onsite invigilation services if the exam cannot be taken.
  11. 若考生尚未準備好參加考試，請勿按下「開始樂理考試」按鈕，否則考試可能會被視作已立即開始。於考試當日完成所有程序後，監考員將指導考生開始考試。
    If the candidate is not ready to take the exam, please do not press the "Start Theory Exam" button, as the exam may be considered to have started immediately. Once all procedures are completed on the exam day, the invigilator will instruct the candidate to begin the exam.
  12. 根據 ABRSM 規定，如考生使用通利音樂中心之考試場地，通利音樂中心必須代為辦理考試報名。如考生已自行完成報名，除非取消現有報名，否則未能安排考試設施及監考服務。
    According to ABRSM regulations, candidates using Tom Lee Music Academy exam venue must have their exam registration handled by us. If a candidate has already registered the exam independently, examination facilities with onsite invigilation service could not be arranged unless the existing exam is cancelled by the candidate.
  13. 考生應確保於考試當日攜帶考試所需文件，並確保 ABRSM 考生帳戶可正常登入。通利音樂中心不會因考生個人原因導致未能參加考試而提供退款或更改日期安排。
    Candidates must ensure they have brought all required documents and that their ABRSM candidate account is accessible. Tom Lee Music Academy will not provide refunds or reschedule of missed exam due to candidates' personal reasons.
  14. 考試場地內可能會有多名考生同時使用進行考試。
    Multiple candidates may be present and taking their exams simultaneously in the exam venue.
  15. 考生及申請人有責任了解及遵守考試規則，有關考試規則，請參閲ABRSM官方網站。
    It is the responsibility of candidates and applicants to understand and comply with the exam regulations. For details, please refer to the official ABRSM website.
  16. 通利音樂中心將採取適當措施以確保考試期間網絡穩定。如電腦硬件出現故障，監考員將提供協助。然而，若個別ABRSM 指定的考試系統軟件出現問題，請按系統顯示方法直接向 ABRSM 查詢。
    Tom Lee Music Academy will take appropriate measures to ensure network stability during the exam. If the computer hardware fails, the invigilator will provide assistance. However, for issues related to ABRSM's designated exam software for individual candidate, please consult ABRSM directly for advice through the exam software.
  17. 如遇惡劣天氣，考試安排會按通利音樂中心惡劣天氣安排指引另作安排。
    In case of adverse weather, alternative exam arrangements will be made in accordance with the Tom Lee Music Academy Bad Weather Guidelines.
  18. 如香港天文台於考試前 3 小時內發出八號或以上颱風信號或黑色暴雨警告訊號，當日考試將會取消並重新安排日期和時間。若有關訊號於考試3 小時前取消，考試將如期進行。
    If the Hong Kong Observatory issues typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning within 3 hours before the scheduled exam, exam will be cancelled and rescheduled. If such warning signals are cancelled 3 hours before the exam, the exam will proceed as normal.
  19. 考生必須準時抵達預約考試場地，遲到者將不獲補時。
    Candidates must arrive at the exam venue on time. Late arrivals will not be granted extra time.
  20. 若考生提前完成考試，需自行聯絡家長或監護人安排接送。如未能聯絡家長或監護人，需留在原定座位直至考試結束時間。考生離開考場後，通利音樂中心不對其個人安全承擔責任。
    If a candidate finishes the exam early, they must contact their parent or guardian to arrange pickup. If not available, the candidate must remain seated until the exam ends. Tom Lee Music Academy assumes no responsibility for the candidate's safety once they leave the exam venue.
  21. 考試成績將在考試結束後4-6周內發放，請登入您的ABRSM帳戶查詢。
    Results will be available within four weeks after the examination. Please log in to your ABRSM account to check your results.
  22. 通利音樂中心會為合格之考生安排實體證書，需時約3-5個月。可領取時會個別通知考生。
    Tom Lee Music Academy will arrange physical certificates for candidates who passed the exam, which takes approximately 3 to 5 months. Candidates will be notified individually when the certificates are available for collection.
  23. 透過通利音樂中心報考ABRSM網上樂理考試之考生證書上的代表機構位置會印有Tom Lee Music Academy。
    The representative institution on the certificate will be printed as 'Tom Lee Music Academy' for candidates registering for the ABRSM Online Music Theory Exam through Tom Lee Music Academy.
  24. 通利音樂中心保留更改本一切相關事宜的權利，恕不另行通知。
    Tom Lee Music Academy reserves the right to amend the regulations as deemed appropriate without prior notice.
  25. 若有任何爭議，通利音樂中心保留最終決定權。
    Tom Lee Music Academy reserves the rights for final decision.
