條款及細則 Terms and Conditions
  1. 參賽者不限國籍，但必須於比賽時出示由政府部門簽發之身份証明文件正本以確認其年齡，例如身份證或護照。如身份證明文件上所顯示之年齡與報名組別不符合，參賽者將即時被取消資格。
    There is no restriction on the nationality of the contestants. Identification documents issued by the government such as identity card or passport must be shown for age verification. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify, exclude any applicants who do not match the age requirement in registered class.
  2. 參賽者可以參加多於一個比賽項目，但不能重複參加同一個項目的比賽。
    Contestants can apply for more than one competition class, but cannot apply for the same class repeatedly.
  3. 參賽者必須在2026年7月26日或之前填妥網上報名表及繳交報名費，否則申請將不被接納。
    Contestants must complete the online application form and settle the entry fee on or before 26 July 2026, otherwise, the application will not be accepted.
  4. 參加等級獨奏組別的參賽者必須為幼稚園及中、小學生。
    Contestants taking graded solo classes must be students from kindergarten, primary and secondary school.
  5. 請確保報名表提交資料無誤。報名表一經提交後，每項更改將須繳付港幣$100行政費。所有於2026年7月26日或之後的更改將不被接納。
    Please ensure that all information submitted in the application form is correct. Once the form is submitted, each change will be subject to an administrative fee of HK$100. Changes on or after 26 July 2026 will not be accepted.
  6. 所有報名費均不可退款和不可轉讓。
    All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  7. 主辦機構會於8月向參賽者發出參賽電郵，如未有收到電郵通知，請 WhatsApp 2762 6968與我們聯絡。
    The organizer will send out competition email in August, WhatsApp 2762 6968 if you could not receive the email.
  8. 如因特殊情況而令是次比賽未能以實體形式如常舉行，所有參賽者將轉為提交影片參賽，所有已繳之款項, 恕不退還、轉讓或更改。
    If the competition cannot be hold physically due to the unexpected situation. The competition will change to video submission format. All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  9. 參加Yamaha音樂教室項目的參賽者必須為Yamaha 音樂班學生。由遞交報名表日期計算，如參賽者於過往8堂內剛升班，參賽者可選擇報名參加現時及之前就讀上一班的課程組別。例子：參賽者現時就讀於兒童音樂進修班Book 1 第4堂，參賽者可選擇參加兒童音樂進修班上學期組別及兒童創意音樂班下學期組別。
    Only Yamaha music course student can apply “Yamaha Music School” category. For those students who are promoted to the advance level in the first 8 lessons, they can choose to join both the current studying category or the previous studied category. For instance, contestant can choose to join the “Junior Extension Course Book 1 & Book 2” and “Junior Music Creativity Course Book 3 & Book 4” if he/she is currently taking the 4th lesson of Junior Extension Course.
  10. 參加Yamaha音樂進修班組別的參賽者只可以演奏Repertoire Book 内的歌曲。
    Contestants taking Class of Yamaha Junior Extension Course are required to perform piece from Repertoire Book only.
  11. 參加等級獨奏項目的參賽者，須演奏以下英國皇家音樂學院 (ABRSM) 指定考綱年份的曲目，不得以其他自選曲目參賽：
    鋼琴等級獨奏 – 2023 & 2024 或 2025 & 2026之考綱
    小提琴等級獨奏 – 2020-2023 或 2024年起適用之考綱
    Contestants taking the Graded Solo Class, please refer to the specific ABRSM syllabus below, and not allowed to perform with own choice piece.
    Piano Graded Solo – 2023 & 2024 or 2025 & 2026 syllabus
    Violin Graded Solo – 2020-2023 or From 2024 syllabus
  12. 如參賽者未有根據指定考綱年份演奏參賽歌曲，將被取消資格並不獲退款。
    Contestants performing pieces not according to the specific syllabus will be disqualified. No refund will be arranged.
  13. 某些比賽項目設有指定演奏時間，參賽者可選擇演奏完整樂章或樂章選段參賽；如參賽者的演奏超出指定演奏時間，有機會被取消資格，並不獲退款。
    Contestants may be disqualified if they perform the pieces which is out of the specific time limit in certain classes. No refund will be allowed.
  14. 主辦機構不會提供鋼琴輔助踏板。如有需要使用，參賽者請自備鋼琴輔助踏板，並需要自行安裝及拆除。
    The organizer will not provide toddler assist pedals. If necessary, participants are requested to bring their own child assist pedals, which they will need to install and remove by themselves.
  15. 所有評委不得參與其學生的評審工作。
    All judges are not allowed to participate in the judging of their students.
  16. 主辦機構鼓勵參賽者背誦樂譜；參賽者於比賽時必須攜帶一套演奏曲目之原裝或副本樂譜供評委參考。如參賽者演奏時需閲譜，請自行準備樂譜影印本供評委參考。所有樂譜會於演奏後即時歸還。
    Contestants may be disqualified if they perform the pieces which is out of the specific time limit in certain classes. Contestants could perform Complete or excerpt of a piece. No refund will be allowed.
  17. 參賽者參加小提琴組別可自行選擇是否安排伴奏或背景音樂，不論是否安排伴奏或背景音樂均不會影響評分，有關背景音樂之提交方法將個別聯絡參賽者。
    Contestants taking violin category could choose whether having an accompanist or background music as accompaniment or not, while adjudication will not be affected. We will contact contestants on submitting background music afterwards (If any).
  18. 有關爵士鼓項目之背景音樂提交方法將個別聯絡參賽者；參賽者可選擇使用是否「無拍子機標示音軌」或「有拍子機標示音軌」之背景音樂。 比賽進行時，場地只會公開播放「無拍子機標示音軌」的音軌，參賽者可在監聽耳機收聽拍子機標示音軌。 參賽者須自備 3.5mm TRS插頭監聽耳機。如參賽者須使用「有拍子機標示音軌」，須提交純音樂及純拍子機音軌讓我們處理。
    We will contact contestants on submitting background music for Acoustic Drums Competition afterwards. Contestants may choose whether to use background music with or without a metronome guide track. During the competition, only the version without the metronome guide track will be played in the venue; contestants may listen to the metronome guide track via their own monitoring headphones. Contestants must bring their own monitoring headphones with a 3.5mm TRS plug. If a contestant wishes to use a version with a metronome guide track, they must submit the instrumental music track and the metronome track separately for processing.
  19. 爵士鼓項目演奏曲目不多於5分鐘。參賽者另外有不多於3分鐘鼓組設定時間；參賽者不得於鼓組設定時間進行背景音樂測試或試奏，否則有機會被扣分。
    The performance time for the drums category must not exceed 5 minutes. Contestants are allowed up to 3 minutes for drum kit setup; however, testing background music or playing the drums during this setup period is not allowed, as doing so may result in a mark deduction.
  20. 爵士鼓參賽者可自備小鼓、腳踏等設備於鼓組設定時間時進行替換，但必須於演奏完結後還原基本設置。 主辦機構不會協助參賽者進行鼓組設定。如有需要，參賽者可安排陪同者上前協助。
    Contestants in drums category may bring their own equipment, such as snare drums or pedals, to swap in during the setup period. Contestants must restore the kit to its standard configuration after their performance. The organizers will not assist with drum kit setup. Contestants may arrange for an accompanying person to step forward and assist if necessary.
  21. 爵士鼓參賽者必須自備鼓棍作賽。
    Contestants must provide their own drumsticks for the competition.
  22. 評判有權根據參賽者的實際水平決定並列或空缺改比賽組別的名次及獎項。如參賽者水準不達評判標準，主辦機構有權不頒發奬項予該比賽組別。
    The adjudicators have the right to deal with tied or vacant positions and awards according to the contestant’s performance. If the standard of the contestants of the class are not up to standard, judges may decide not to present any awards to the contestants.
  23. 評判會根據參賽者選曲的難度及演奏水平的匹配度、節奏感、音色及整體表演評分，並對一切評分事宜有最終決定權。
    Adjudication will be based on the piece’s difficulty with performance level, rhythm, tone, the overall performance of the contestants, and the decision of the judges on all marking matters shall be final.
  24. 主辦機構及評判保留所有與有關比賽項目的評分安排及準則的最終決定權，參賽者不得異議。
    The organizer and jurors shall have absolute discretion on marking of all competition categories. In case of any disputes, the decision of the organizer and jurors shall be final and conclusive.
  25. 主辦機構會於比賽當日派發證書，分紙，紀念品，通利琴行及通利音樂中心禮券，並不會補發。
    The organizer will distribue the certificate, mark sheet, souvenirs, Tom Lee Music Co., Ltd and Tom Lee Music Academy coupon to contestants on the competition day only, and will not be reissued.
  26. 各組別完成比賽後會即時公佈結果，派發分紙及紀念品，並不會補發。
    Results will be announced at the end of each competition group. Mark sheet and souvenir will be distributed to contestants and will not be reissued.
  27. 各比賽組別設有不同排名及獎項，有關排名及獎項安排可參閲官方網站。
    There will be different positions and prizes for all categories, please visit our website for more information.
  28. 每一份報名表格最多只可參加三個項目，參加第四個或以上項目請WhatsApp 2762 6968與我們聯絡。
    Each application form can only take in a maximum 3 classes in the competition. To take more than 4 classes, please contact us on WhatsApp 2762 6968.
  29. 如報名人數不足，該組別將會取消，並辦理退款手續，參賽者不得異議。
    If the number of applicants is insufficient, the class will be cancelled and the entry fee will be refunded. No appeal is allowed.
  30. 主辦機構有權修改比賽規則、獎項、及更換評判，如有任何變更，恕不另行通知，參賽者不得異議。
    The organizer reserves the right to modify the rules of the competition, awards and change the judges without notice. No appeal is allowed.
  31. 各項目之比賽日期有機會因情況而調動，如有修改，恕不另行通告。
    Competition dates of each classes might be changed according to circumstances without prior notice.
  32. 如比賽與課堂同時進行而不能參賽，主辦機構不會另行安排時間作賽，亦不設退款安排。報名費不得轉讓他人或轉作另一項比賽之用。
    If competition is clashed with lesson, the organizer will not rearrange the competition schedule and the entry fee is non-refundable and transferable.
  33. 參賽者不得更改比賽日期及時間，若未能如期出席，將被視為放棄資格，並不設退款，主辦機構保留最終決定權。
    Contestants are not allowed to change the date and time of the competition. If they do not attend as scheduled, they will be deemed to absent and disqualifications and no refund will be provided. The organizer reserves the sole and absolute right to make final and conclusive decisions.
  34. 主辦機構將視乎個別比賽場地而決定是否讓觀眾進場觀賞比賽。
    The organizer has the right allowing audiences to attend the competition or not, depending on the venue size.
  35. 主辦單位有權拒絕或終止不符合參賽資格或違規者參賽。
    The organizer reserves the right to disqualify contestants.
  36. 所有參賽者需穿著端莊服裝參加比賽。
    All contestants must dress properly for the competition.
  37. 比賽過程中主辦機構會安排工作人員攝影及錄影。主辦機構擁有其參賽者所有上載相片及影片之使用權，一切版權歸主辦機構所有。主辦機構有最終權利決定是否採用參賽者的相片及影片，演出相片及影片均有機會發佈於通利琴行、通利音樂中心的社交平台，或其他宣傳平台。
    The organizer will arrange photos taking and videos recording during the competition. The copyright of all photos and videos belong to the organizer. The organizer reserves the final right to decide whether to adopt the contestant's photos and videos. All photos and videos may post on Tom Lee Music, Tom Lee Music Academy, social media platform or other promotional platforms.
  38. 主辦機構保留更改本活動一切相關事宜的權利，恕不另行通知。
    The organizer reserves the right to amend the competition rules and make other arrangements as deemed appropriate without prior notice.
  39. 若有任何爭議，主辦機構保留最終決定權。
    The organizer reserves the rights for final decision.
