C. YAMAHA級別考試規則 YAMAHA GRADED EXAMINATION REGULATIONS::

1. 考生必須於截止日期前填妥報名表及完成付款程序，逾期恕不接受辦理。(請向中心職員或於網站查詢各項考試之報名日期)
   Completed application form together with the examination fee must be submitted on or before the deadline for exam. Late entry will not be accepted. (Contact our center staff or visit our website for each examination application period.)
2. 所有已繳之費用，不得退還或轉讓他人。
   All submitted fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. 請確保報名時填寫的資料正確無誤，一經報名，每項資料更改會收取HK$100行政費。
   Please ensure the information submitted is correct, each change will subject to HK$100 administrative fee.
4. 等級考試時間會於考試日期七日前以電郵通知各考生，考生必須於考試時間前15分鐘到達考試場地登記，如考生於指定時間未能出席或遲到，則當放棄考試論。
   Graded examination dates and details will be informed to all candidates seven days prior to the examination by email. Candidates should report to the examination centre 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Candidates not attending the examination at scheduled time are considered giving up the examination
5. 因每次考試之報考人數眾多，考試程序及考生/考官/場地編排亦有一定規限，考生不能私自選擇/要求更改考試時間，時間表一經公佈，通利音樂中心將不會接受考生之要求而作出相應之調動。
   Due to the tight examination schedule, all examination arrangement, such as change of schedule will not be entertained after the examination timetable is released.
6. 考生於應考時，必須帶備考試樂曲之曲譜交給考官，而鑒於書籍之版權問題，考試樂曲之曲譜必須為正本，所有影印一概不接受。(背譜或報名時已遞交影印本之考生亦須呈交樂譜正本)
   All candidates must submit their own original music scores to examiner, photocopies of music are not accepted. (Candidates play from memory or submitted photocopy of examination pieces also needed to submit original music scores.)
7. 考生於應試時，必須彈奏YAMAHA指定之考試樂曲及所報考級數之樂曲（請參閱考試大綱）。
   All candidates must play YAMAHA examination pieces and perform all the work specified in the current grade examination syllabus (Please refer to the examination syllabus).
8. 報考電子琴十至六級之考生，應考時需帶備多一份合規格之自編樂曲之副本交給考官查閱(用後概不退還)。
   Candidates of Electone Grade 10-6 Exam must submit copy of own arranged music pieces to the examiners. (Scores will not be returned)
9. 考生於應考電子琴試時，必須使用通利音樂中心指定型號之電子琴。
   Candidates of Electone Examination must use the specified Electone model arranged by Tom Lee Music Academy.
10. 考試進行期間，考生不得拍照，攝錄及錄音；考試房内亦不可飲食。
    No unauthorized photography, audio or video recordings are allowed in during the exam, while no eating & drinking is allowed in the exam room.
11. 考試開始前，請關掉手提電話、及其他響鬧裝置。
    Please switch off your mobile phones and any other sound devices before the examination starts.
12. 如考生於考試日期前7天仍收不到考試通知電郵或資料有誤，請立即聯絡通利音樂中心跟進。
    Candidates not receiving the email notice of examination 7 days before the exam or the exam information is incorrect, please inform Tom Lee Music Academy immediately.
13. 考生必須帶備本人之身份証明文件(如身份証、護照、學生証)登記，以便核實身份。
    All candidates should bring along his/her Identification Documents, for example, Identity Card, Passport, Student Card, to the examination for identification purpose.
14. 考生只可於指定考試時間由職員安排下進入考試房。家長、老師、考生或其他人士應逗留在等候區等候及請保持安靜，不可停留於考試房門外。
    Entry to the exam room should be arranged by the Examination staff. Parents/teachers/candidates or other persons should stay in the waiting area and keep quiet. No one is allowed to remain at the door of the exam room.
15. FSS考生必須由一位家長陪同測試。FSS成績預計會於完成後的30天公佈，届時會由中心職員通知考生到中心領取成績。有關升讀課程之手續，請向中心職員查詢。
    FSS candidates must be accompanied by only one parent. FSS results will be released 30 days after the test. Center staff will contact the candidate to pick up the results when available. For further course registration, please contact our center staff.
16. *當紅色暴雨警告或三號風球懸掛時: 所有考試照常舉行，包括在香港天文台估計某時間改掛黑色暴雨警告或八號風球的時段內，亦會照常舉行，直至天文台改掛黑色暴雨警告或八號風球，考試會即時停止及音樂中心亦會即時關閉。而順延之考試日期及時間將會於三個星期內以電郵通知考生。
    When Typhoon Signal no.3 / Rainstorm Red Warning is hoisted: All scheduled examinations will be held as usual. When the Rainstorm Black Warning / Typhoon signal no. 8 will be hoisted in the short period of time (announced by Hong Kong Observatory), the examination academy will still be opened. All scheduled examination will be held as usual unless the Rainstorm Black Warning / Typhoon signal no.8 is hoisted. The re-scheduled examination date & time will be announced by email within 3 weeks.
17. *當黑色暴雨警告或八號風球懸掛時: 若黑色暴雨警告或八號風球於早上6時或以前除下或改掛較低風球，所有考試將會如期進行。當黑色暴雨警告或八號風球於早上6時以後除下或改掛較低風球，所有考試將會被取消。而順延之考試日期及時間將會於三個星期內以電郵通知考生。
    If the Rainstorm Black Warning / Typhoon signal no.8 are lowered at or before 6:00am of the day, all scheduled examination will be held as usual. When the Rainstorm Black Warning / Typhoon signal no.8 is lowered to signal no. 3 or below after 6:00am of the day, all scheduled examinations will be cancelled. The re-scheduled examination date & time will be announced by mail within 3 weeks.
18. 如報考考試人數眾多，考試有機會安排分為兩天進行，有關考試詳情會個別通知受影響考生。
    If there are a large number of candidates, the exam may be arranged to be held on two days. The details of the exam will be informed to the affected candidates individually.
19. 如考生違反以上規則，考生將會被取消資格，考試費恕不退還，如有任何爭議，通利音樂中心保留最終決定權。
    Candidates will be disqualified if not followed the above regulations, and all examination fee are non-refundable. In case of dispute, decision of Tom Lee Music Academy will be final.
